New Relic Expertise (Mandatory) End-to-end hands-on experience with: APM Infrastructure Monitoring Logs Dashboards NRQL (New Relic Query Language) Alerts and Alert Policies Synthetics Monitoring Service Maps and Telemetry Hygiene Cloud Platforms Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure Familiarity with cloud-native applications and distributed architectures CI/CD and DevOps Proficient with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or equivalents Deep understanding of deployment pipelines Monitoring integration with CI/CD workflows Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Proficient in Terraform Experience implementing observability-as-code patterns such as automating alerting, dashboards, and synthetics
