Data Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve data architecture practices to align with industry standards.
- exp in Databricks Lakehouse, data architecture or engineering in cloud-native data platforms, data modeling, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embedding strategiescontainerization (Docker/Kubernetes basics), AI model deployment, streaming (Kafka/Event Hubs) and strong real-time analytics

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions and architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
