Job Description
- Requirement Analysis - Understand business requirements and identify test scenarios
- Test Case Design - Create effective test cases and test data
- Functional Testing - Validate application features against requirements
- Regression Testing - Ensure existing functionality works after changes
- Smoke & Sanity Testing - Verify build stability and critical functionality
- Defect Management - Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects
- API Testing Basics - Validate API requests and responses using tools like Postman
- Agile Testing - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
- Test Documentation - Maintain test cases, execution reports, and traceability
- Communication & Collaboration - Work effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
