Data Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
