5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise Java technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JPA).
Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience mentoring developers and working with cross-functional teams.
Healthcare or patient safety domain experience is an added advantage.
