Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Module Development: Implement, document, and unit test complex software modules using React, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js , and enterprise commerce platforms ( SAP Hybris / BigCommerce ).

Quality Assurance: Ensure all code meets high-quality standards and strictly adheres to predefined non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).

Technical Excellence: Follow and actively contribute to the project's best technical practices, development standards, and code reviews to ensure code remains flexible and reusable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management and Business Analysts to manage flexible project scopes alongside business owners.

Testing Support: Maintain a strong focus on end-to-end quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, working in tight alignment with the Quality Assurance stream.

Systems Integration: Collaborate with DevOps, Technical Leads, Solutions Architects, and Enterprise Architects to ensure seamless e-commerce integration across a complex ecosystem.

Architecture Modernization: Support new architectural visions (such as headless commerce and decoupled frontends) and actively help migrate legacy or custom components into modern architectural patterns.
Skills & Abilities

Core Technical Stack: Proven project experience utilizing React, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js , alongside REST API development .

E-Commerce Platform Expertise: Strong development experience with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Or BigCommerce platform ecosystems.

Cloud & Microservices: Hands-on experience with AWS (including serverless development with AWS Lambda ) and Microservice architecture .

Software Foundations: Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , design patterns, relational databases, complex integration landscapes, and e-commerce non-functional requirements.

AI-Assisted Engineering: Direct experience leveraging GitHub Copilot to optimize and accelerate application development.

System Observability: Practical experience handling system diagnostics using modern troubleshooting, logging, and monitoring tools .

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
