Data Science Specialist

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading technical teams or complex AI projects from research to production.
• AI/ML Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Deep Learning, with at least 2 years' experience in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience building and optimizing agentic workflows using libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Software Engineering: Strong Python skills and familiarity with production-grade practices like CI/CD, containerization (Docker), Git and comfortable operating in a cloud environment.
• Production Focus: Demonstrated experience owning the full ML lifecycle, including evaluation strategies, monitoring, and post-production iteration.
• Strong Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders in fluent English. 

Strong Advantage

• Telco Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific challenges of the telco industry (BSS/OSS systems, customer interaction analytics).
  • Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience with GCP (Vertex AI, GKE) or similar cloud-based ML infrastructure.
