DevOps Lead

• Work with an AI-first mindset, actively identifying opportunities to integrate AI into processes, workflows, and solution design.​
• Define and implement DevOps strategies, including deployment strategy, branching strategy, and overall architecture.
• Engage with client DevOps Leads and Architects to understand requirements, align on solutions, and drive discussions on a regular basis.
• Establish and implement DevOps standards and processes across projects for consistency and efficiency.
• Apply DevOps best practices in monitoring to ensure system reliability and enable proactive issue detection.
• Ensure security and risk prevention through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Azure, scripting, automation, and monitoring to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 or more members, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
   

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven ability to define and implement DevOps strategies across deployment, branching, and architecture.
• Experience in collaborating with client DevOps Leads and Architects, including handling stakeholder discussions and engagements.
• Strong knowledge in establishing DevOps standards and processes across projects.
• Good understanding of monitoring practices to ensure reliability and proactive detection of issues.
• Experience in implementing security and risk prevention measures as part of DevOps practices.
• Strong technical skills in Azure, scripting, automation, and monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a team of 3 or more members effectively.
