Role purpose

You’ll spend time on the following:

In this role you will be collaborating with IDP’s Data Engineering and Governance, an enterprise capability team and be responsible for: -

Data Scientist — Responsibilities

Core

· Identify decision problems where modelling creates measurable value

· Prepare production-ready datasets, build and validate predictive / statistical models, and drive data-driven experimentation

· Deploy models into production pipelines, and monitor performance, drift, and retraining needs

· Translate outputs into quantified business impact (revenue, risk, cost)

· Ensure cost-aware and efficient model design (compute, data, and operational efficiency)

· Influence adoption by enabling stakeholders to act on model-driven insights

Desirable

· Apply GenAI / Agentic AI for automation, decision augmentation, or knowledge workflows

· Python
