Databricks Lead Migration & Data Modeling Expert

1.Analyze and understand existing ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
2.Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
Support migration of legacy ETL processes (e.g., SSIS) to Azure Databricks.
3.Optimize data transformation logic for performance and scalability.
4.Work with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and Synapse for end-to-end data processing.
Participate in data modeling and data quality validation activities.
5.Collaborate with senior developers and architects to define technical approaches and standards.
6.Prepare technical documentation and maintain reusable code components.
