Job Description
- Maintain active relationships with the Product Owner to understand business requirements.
- Lead requirement-gathering meetings and review technical designs with the Product Owner.
- Own backlog items and coordinate with team members to develop features planned for each sprint.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor, lead, and guide team members on technical skills and best practices.
- Design, develop, prototype, and troubleshoot software across service and backend layers.
- Perform peer reviews of source code to ensure reusability, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in collaborative technical discussions focused on software design, architecture, development, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub-features.
- Utilize modern backend development technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP.
