Software Quality Engineer 2

Develop and complete detailed test plans to guarantee software quality and performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strictly adhere to quality standards. Craft and maintain automated test scripts for backend systems, focusing on Restful APIs. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with engineering teams to resolve them. Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to succeed
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant industry and testing experience.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on backend automation.
- Hands on experience on Jenkins, GIT, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) etc.
- Expertise in testing Restful APIs and familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies.
- Must be having good analytical skills, problem-solving & communication skills, and good programming skills, preferably in Java.
- Knowledge of writing test plans for End to end workflows for SaaS solutions.
Good knowledge of test methodologies like functional, closed system, grey box, integration, performance testing etc.
- Exposure to end-to-end test management, able to work independently and own the project end-to-end.
- Passion for building high quality software products and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team.
