Candidate must have good hands-on experience in java, Spring boot, REST, Mongo DB, AI/ML Dev Opps Technologies
Act as a technical lead, guiding the team through complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals
Conduct functional and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches or technologies and effectively communicate findings to the team
Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features
Provide support and mentorship to team members, helping them resolve blockers and grow their technical skills
