DevOps & SRE Engineer- Production

Database Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor and tune MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and availability.

Kubernetes Cluster Management: Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters (deployment, scaling, security, and upgrades).

Application Monitoring & Reliability: Ensure uptime and reliability by setting up and maintaining monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Patch Deployment & CI/CD: Manage patch updates, release pipelines, and automation of deployments.

Infrastructure & Network Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure, network configurations, and ensure compliance with best security practices.

Incident Management: Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineer.

Strong Experience With Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS Preferred).

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL administration.

Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Good knowledge of Linux administration, networking concepts, and security hardening.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Scripting skills in Bash/Python for automation.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).

Knowledge of distributed systems troubleshooting.

Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC2 practices.

Interest in performance benchmarking & chaos engineering.
