Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and executemanual and automated test casesfor eCommerce websites and APIs.
• UseSmartBear toolssuch as TestComplete, SoapUI, and LoadNinja to perform UI, functional, performance, and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and DevOps to identify defects, reproduce bugs, and validate fixes.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
• Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably ineCommerce or web application testing.
• Experience usingSmartBear test tools(TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar).
• Familiarity withweb technologies(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such asJIRA,QAComplete, orZephyr.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, smoke testing).
• Solid knowledge ofcross-browser and responsive testingbest practices.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
