In this role, you will drive manual testing initiatives, lead a team of engineers, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of testing experience with team leadership.
• Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred).

• Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality goals.
