DevOps Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our digital communication services.
• Oversee the integration of Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt to ensure seamless operations and peak performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams to optimize user experience services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to service delivery and peak management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of DevOps processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to digital communication services.
• Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes tools and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and digital communication services to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize DevOps initiatives that align with business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps infrastructure.


 

Qualifications

•  
• Must have strong experience in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt.
• Should have a solid background in User Experience Services.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Must have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
