Job Description
She/he acts as the guarantor of Production throughout the project cycle. He/she is a key player in taking production requirements into account: contribution to the definition of the technical solution, the stability of the technical environments (Production / non-Production), the monitoring and supervision of the technical solutions. He/she participates in project team meetings and is involved in activities and collective decisions (assessment of complexity, risks, etc.) throughout the project. He/ she identifies good application production practices in collaboration with the Application Production Support and shares them widely.
Contributing Responsibilities
Escalating proposals to improve application production services as part of a continuous improvement process; Identifying best practices and sharing them within your entity and within the group. Ensuring that up-to-date and validated installation and operating documentation is available;Providing the team with the right expertise / production services:
- Service monitoring
- Technicalenvironnments (Production andnon-Production);

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The ITOPS specialist is responsible for supporting the APS business domains in the adoption, design, and operation of Cloud and DevOps CI/CD technologies. Leveraging deep technical expertise, the role drives the continuous improvement and automation of production‑grade tools and pipelines. Key objectives include:
- Guiding APS teams through Cloud migration and DevOps best‑practice implementation.
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining robust CI/CD workflows that ensure secure, repeatable, and fast delivery.
- Identifying inefficiencies in existing production tooling and delivering automated solutions to increase reliability and reduce manual effort.
- Acting as a technical advisor and knowledge‑transfer partner, fostering a culture of automation and operational excellence across the organization.
