DevOps Engineer, AVP

To take on this role, you’ll need knowledge of the core principles and benefits of DevOps, paired with experience with common DevOps tools, source code management, deployment, and configuration tooling.

You’ll also need:

• At least eight years of experience in providing L1 and L2 support for production systems and applications
• Experience in monitoring system health using Geneos and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
• Knowledge in managing and resolving incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
• Experience of deploying business critical systems to production on a daily continuous basis
• Knowledge of portfolio management theories, models, and practices, within an Agile or DevOps environment
