DevOps Engineer II or III

• Utilize Infrastructure as Code, pipeline orchestration, and source control to reliably manage infrastructure and software releases.

   

• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and pipeline related issues, acting as an escalation point for delivery and platform teams.

   

• Develop automation to remediate issues, accelerate delivery, and strengthen cloud security.

   

• Apply software engineering practices to build tools, services, and automation that improve cloud platform reliability and developer experience.

   

• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, and Security to guide cloud usage and ensure best practice adoption.

   

• Support continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation, and adoption of cloud native methodologies.

   

* Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment. 

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: A Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required.

Experience

Required:

• 2+ years deploying and managing cloud services

   

• 2+ years working with DevOps practices including IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, autoscaling, and self-healing systems

   

• 2+ years working in Agile/SAFe Agile using Jira or similar tools

   

• 5+ years as a Systems, Software, or Cloud Automation Engineer or equivalent roles

   

Preferred:

• 3+ years deploying and managing solutions in Microsoft Azure

   

• 5+ years hands on DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, self-healing)

   

Required Certifications

• AZ‑900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent)

   

• AZ‑104 Microsoft Azure AdministratororAZ‑204 Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure (or equivalent)

   

Preferred Certifications

• AZ‑305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

   

• AZ‑400 DevOps Engineer Expert (or equivalent)

   

• SAFe Practitioner

   

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator
