- Provide operational support for cloud-based environments, including AI Services
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using Terraform and Azure Services
- Monitor and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with development, data, and AI teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
