DevOps Engineer

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, or GCP).
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (Jenkins, Git, Ansible etc.).
• Strong experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management and orchestration tools and practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or StatusCast.
• Familiarity with databases like Postgres,  Redis, Opensearch/Elastic.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Oracle DevOps Professional).
• Experience with BMC Helix product suite – Innovation Suite, Remedy, CMDB, Discovery, RSSO.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
