DevOps Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Understanding of security best practices in software delivery pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex deployment environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
