DevOps Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the DevOps framework.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools related to Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms and their integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement secure deployment strategies to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize build and release processes.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools to maintain system health and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
