Job Description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in modern DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks pipelines, SQL, Maven, and Helm charts. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Contact Center experience with knowledge and hands-on experience with AI adoption and implementations is a must.Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and implement automated pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and Databricks pipelines
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and tools
. Develop and maintain Helm charts for deploying applications on Kubernetes
. Work with SQL databases to design and implement data pipelines and workflows
. Utilize Maven to build and manage dependencies for Java-based applications
. Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
. Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and support
. Work on BAU projects and intake design and assessments for Contact Center applications
. Collaborate with the AI team to adopt and implement AI solutions for Contact Center applications
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve DevOps practices and tools
Requirements:
. 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
. Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks pipelines, SQL, Maven, and Helm charts
. Strong understanding of Contact Center applications and technologies, including CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)
. Experience with AI adoption and implementations in a Contact Center environment
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
