- Experience with OpenShift or container platforms.
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

As a Senior Solution Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing second and third-level operational support on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents that have not been addressed by lower support levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Administer and support SAG WebMethods, including monitoring, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage and maintain Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Develop and enhance shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting, log analysis, permissions, and performance tuning.
- Diagnose application and infrastructure issues using strong networking fundamentals.
- Support deployments and containerized environments on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Monitor and maintain Shareplex replication, ensuring data integrity and synchronization.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions in a multinational environment.
- Effectively prioritize tasks in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended-hours support when required.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Exposure to AIOps tools for proactive monitoring and incident prediction.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
- Basic programming skills in Python or Node.js for automation and integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices (security scanning, compliance automation)
