DevOps Engineer

1. Pipeline Automation: Design, build, deploy, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines from scratch to streamline our software delivery process.
2. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Provision, manage, and optimize cloud resources. Take a hands-on lead with AWS infrastructure, while applying your working knowledge of Azure and GCP.
3. Server Administration: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot both Windows and Linux server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
4. System Monitoring & Alerting: Implement, configure, and maintain robust monitoring and logging solutions using industry-standard tools (CloudWatch, Sumo Logic, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
5. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential system bottlenecks or failures and independently architect proactive, scalable solutions before they impact production.
6. Global Client Communication: Act as a technical liaison, communicating complex solutions clearly and professionally to clients located across the globe.
7. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and reliable system operations.
8. Complete Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for your assigned tasks, from initial design through to successful, on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on expertise in AWS is mandatory. A solid foundational knowledge of Azure and GCP is highly preferred.
• CI/CD: Demonstrated experience creating and managing fully automated deployment pipelines from scratch (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• OS Management: Proficiency in administering both Linux and Windows servers.
• Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with modern observability and monitoring stacks, specifically in AWS CloudWatch, Sumo Logic, Grafana, Prometheus and Datadog
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence and clarity to interact directly with global clients.
