DevOps Engineer

 A typical day might include:

• Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying new or changes to existing software.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline code deployments.
• Establish DevOps processes that efficiently foster collaboration across team.
• Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to IT Infrastructure and security protocols.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Tools administration, upgrades, patching and customization activities.

You should apply if you have:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology 
• 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Enginee
• Comprehensive grasp of coding and scripting for reporting and tool set administration
• Must have experience in Jira, Github, Unlix, linux and Windows
• Able to perform migrations for various Backoffice systems applications in SDLC environments with use of an automated deployment tool or manual migrations processes.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential
• Understanding branching strategies, pull requests, and managing code repositories is valuable.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions is crucial for this role
• Experience with Flexdeploy. (Good to have)
• Experience with code migration for enterprise class applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, Informatica IICS, (Good to have)
