DevOps Fircosoft Continuity Engineer

In this role you will:

• Maintenance and support of platforms pertinent to transaction monitoring, name screening and transaction screening working with the business and our delivery partners. They are typically responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Build, Change Management and Implementation Management.
• Develop/Enhance applications known as “Fircosoft Continuity”.
• Develop automated deployment scripts for continuous integration of vendor applications
• Develop / test / improve interfaces
• Analyse Business requests to articulate technical implementation options/solutions
• Support Production incidents troubleshooting as applications SME
• Build and deploy application using Maven, Jenkins and Ansible.
• Create pipelines and automated deployment scripts. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Awareness of Agile methodologies and best practice techniques
• Good knowledge of the Project Lifecycle 
• Have working knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible 
• Understand and interpret Business and IT requirements 
• Good customer focus and an appreciation of how this relates to the changes being made/tested 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Capability to work individually or as part of a team. 
• Minimum 3 years in a development/lead engineer role in developing and testing of products/applications. 
• Minimum 2 years in Banking Industry preferably in Compliance or Risk domain
