DevOps Lead Engineer

Key focus areas are:

1. Validate Solution outline provided by vendors / partners 

2. Contribute to both HLD – LLD production of artifacts

3. Review current CI /CD pipeline and ensure best practice is adopted 

4. Validate Automated test strategy and implementation ( UAT / NFR / FT / SIT ) 

5. Capable of building multi-cloud ecosystem ( Azure – AWS – GCP )

6. Technical Dependency Management ( build right things at the right time )  

7. Build End to End Integrated test and validation strategy 

8. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors / partners to ensure a cohesive system design is implemented 

9. Review existing architecture, highlighting technical debt and identifying opportunities to refactor / improve debt position. 

10. Collaborate with Center Cloud of Excellence to ensure technical success is delivered 

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud architecture or infrastructure role

• Proven experience with Azure services, with AWS and GCP an advantage

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks

• Familiarity with Gitlab CI/CD tools  and experience integrating them with Azure/AWS

• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as native cloud tools or third-party tools 

• Cybersecurity Expertise:

  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks.

  • Knowledge of encryption, identity management, access controls, and other security measures within cloud environments.

• Certifications such as Azure/AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Solutions Architect
