Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps and Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and event-driven architectures, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. The role also offers the chance to mentor and support team members with less cloud/DevOps experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS, particularly Multi-AZ and multi-region architectures, DNS failover strategies, networking, and Application Load Balancer configurations.
• Containerization: Deep understanding of container-based systems and improving their resilience and robustness.
• Monitoring & Observability: Experience with application observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk) to monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Practical experience with message-based technologies like SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient with Terraform and AWS CDK for managing infrastructure.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Support and guide team members with limited Cloud/DevOps experience, helping them grow their skills.
• Agile Methodology: Familiar with agile practices like Scrum or Kanban for project management.
