DevOps engineer

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Experience:
  • Kubernetes operations in a major cloud
  • Terraform (including best practices like workspaces/modules), Git, GitOps
  • CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment strategies
  • Docker and container orchestration basics
• Strong Understanding Of:
  • DevOps principles, SRE concepts, Developer Experience
  • Cloud-native design, networking, security baselines, least-privilege IAM
  • Observability patterns and tools
• Programming and Scripting Skills:
  • Practical Python or TypeScript for services and tooling
  • Shell scripting, plus one of Bash/PowerShell
• Quality Mindset:
  • Test-first approach, automated verification, performance testing
  • Production change management and incident handling

Nice to Have

• Experience with Argo CD, Helm, and service mesh
• Familiarity with Terragrunt and Terratest
• Operations of Grafana stack at scale
• Configuration management (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Salt)
• Automation tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI
• Collaboration with Data Scientists in the AI industry
• Serverless patterns, API management, GraphQL
  • Open source contributions
