Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Work with an experienced Production Support team who are on call and help troubleshoot errors on the MyDay application and fix the issues.
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
- Troubleshooting techniques and with the ability to fix, test and deploy code bugs.
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Experience with Automating Testing and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of HSBC Governance on Cloud service usage and Security measures
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience of working in Production Support Team
- Good working knowledge with an Agile Framework such as Scrum
- Programming / configuration experience with at least 2 of the following technologies: JavaScript, Low Code No code platforms, Jenkins, Terraform, Lambda, APIs (Mulesoft)
- Understand Rest APIs, Strong implementation background and experience with AWS Services and Lambda based ETL jobs.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies.
- Internal HSBC knowledge and experience in a Technology area
- Has worked within globally diverse teams.
- High level technical knowledge of mobile applications
- Testing practice knowledge and experience
