Developer Experience DevOps Engineer 2

You will:

• Oversee the full lifecycle management of DevOps tools: installation, integration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Build and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms.
• Enable centralized access, monitoring, and governance of DevOps tools enterprise wide.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and security teams to align infrastructure with business priorities.
• Continuously improve system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability through automation and proactive enhancements.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Groovy/Python.
• Expertise in container management, Kubernetes, Docker, POD lifecycle and cluster health.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).
• Strong understanding of DevOps tool integrations and cloud platforms (preferably OpenShift or similar).

Desirable Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools like Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• Background in PostgreSQL administration and Kafka messaging systems.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-driven DevOps tools for automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
