Job Description
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deep expertise in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift), including advanced deployment strategies, scaling, and operational management .
- Java & Spring Boot Ecosystem: Extensive experience and deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud frameworks, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and optimization of application deployments and performance tuning.
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub, Ansible, Tekton, Harness and similar technologies to ensure rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automating the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Comprehensive Observability & Monitoring: Expert in implementing and managing comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, ITRS/AppDynamics, and Jaeger, to provide deep insights into system health and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Automation: Proficient in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions for repetitive operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- AI-Driven : leveraging AI tools for troubleshooting issues and applying Generative AI techniques an solutions to enhance DevOps processes.
- Proactive Risk Management: Ability to proactively identify system risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities, and develop effective, data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Technical Advisory & Leadership: Provide architectural and technical leadership, offering recommendations on development methodologies, technology stacks, and tooling to optimize operational efficiency, system resilience, and developer experience.
- Application & Web Server Operations: Proficient in the installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of various application and web servers (e.g., Tomcat, Nginx) in complex enterprise environments.
- Distributed Messaging Systems: Experience in the operational management and support of distributed messaging systems, such as Apache Kafka.
- API Gateway Management: Experience with API Gateway solutions (e.g., Apigee) for managing, securing, and optimizing API traffic.
- Linux Systems Engineering: Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including advanced shell scripting (Bash/Python) for automation and comprehensive system administration tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and foster strong collaboration across development, product, and operations teams.
