Direct Responsibilities
Infrastructure and Technical
o Implementation of standard dashboards: global vision, by domain, by asset
o Automation of “capacity” alerting for CPU, memory, and paging (currently performed manually in OPS)
o Contribution to the redesign of CPU and memory metrology (retiring Nimsoft): daily tracking instead of monthly
o Contribution to the redesign of availability management (replacing Witbe)
o Use of APIs provided by the solution to process “technical” data for the DATA team
o Expertise with Synthetic, RUM, Active Gate, Key Requests
Supervised technologies: Linux / Windows – Cloud dMZR (PaaS and IaaS) – Mainframe (Z/OS)
o Application and Business (APM)
o Implementation of various dashboards tailored to the needs of different teams/technologies
o Continuous monitoring of common OPEN/Mainframe applications
o Training and technical support for DEV and OPS contributors (expert level)
o Dynatrace expertise during taskforces
o Audit of workstations for very specific cases
o Audit of code quality from the start of the development cycle in cooperation with DEV teams
o Qualification of performance impact when deploying a new version (before/after)
o Use of APIs provided by the solution to process “application” data for the DATA team
o Implementation of Monitoring on Cloud DMZR PaaS and IaaS applications
Contributing Responsibilities
This position enhances operational resilience by minimizing downtime and ensuring swift incident resolution while boosting business satisfaction.
It strengthens the APS by enforcing the availability of the applications and helping anticipating incidents with predictable alerts to avoid the incidents. The objective is also to participate to the deployment of the production framework within all PF entities, supporting the DEV and the APS within the deployment of Dynatrace
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace to design and interpret dashboards, configure proactive alerts, and perform deep-dive trace analysis for rapid incident diagnosis.
• Collaboration: Fluent in Microsoft Teams for communication, Outlook for stakeholder updates.
• Requests management: day-to-day of JIRA, ServiceNow
• Documentation: Confluence/SharePoint to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for teams and future reference
• Ability to do presentations
