Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise‑grade applications using Java and modern frameworks
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Design and implement scalable, high‑performance microservices‑based architectures
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams
- Drive cloud‑native application development and modernization initiatives
- Participate in technical reviews, solution planning, and estimation activities
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability
Key Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience as a Java Technical Architect / Engineering Lead
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Frontend exposure with Angular or React
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and system integration
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 12–18 years of overall IT experience with proven expertise in Java‑based architectures
