Eng II, Test

Participate in PI planning and daily SCRUM meetings and ensure stories/tasks are updated in JIRA every day.

Complete all the Q&R training needed before time.

Analyze subsystem & system requirements with guidance from lead and other seniors.

Design tests covering the system / subsystem requirements – following robust test design techniques covering all positive and negative scenarios.

Ensure test designs in the identified test tool [HP ALM] with the needed traceability.

Use JIRA as work management and bug management tool

Set up and create the required test infrastructure [software, hardware] following the lab guidelines strictly.

Maintain automation framework, and write

Execute the tests as per the design.  Collaborate with development teams to confirm defects

• Report defects in the defect management tool [JIRA] following guidelines. Ensure all evidence & steps to reproduce are attached appropriately.
