Job Description
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor & Troubleshoot Environments: Track system health and performance; troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and deployment issues to minimize downtime
- Support CI/CD Pipelines: Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing continuous integration and deployment workflows to ensure efficient and reliable releases
- Automate Routine Tasks: Implement automation to streamline repetitive activities—like deployment, configuration and infrastructure
- Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Respond swiftly to production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, act on alerts, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences

- Observability & Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (AppD,Splunk, Grafana, ELK) for real-time visibility and rapid response capabilities
- Collaboration & Support: Act as a liaison between development, QA, and operations teams. Help troubleshoot deployments, guide operations, document support processes, and provide user-facing support when needed
- Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain clear documentation (e.g., runbooks, incident reports, diagrams). Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost delivery speed and system reliability .

Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, Teamcity, uDeploy, Ansible or equivalent for deployment automation
- Containers / Orchestration: Familiarity using Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments
- Monitoring & Logging: Hands-on experience with tools like AppD, Grafana, ELK, Splunk
- Version Control: Strong Git skills and understanding of branching, merging, and workflows
- ECS openshift knowledge
- System Troubleshooting: Solid problem-solving for performance and deployment-related issues

Experience
- 2–5 years in roles related to system administration, software development, IT support, or related fields .
- Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, cloud, containerization, and infrastructure tooling
