Job Description
- Collaborate with development and other QE on test execution.
- Write, maintain, and carry out testware (test cases, plans, reports, etc) for complex features.
- Drive End to End testing of assigned features
- Compose periodic report on status of features under test.
- Interact with Customers for Feedback on new features and Hard to Reproduce issues
- Works closely with Technical Support to gather customer feedback and ensure/add to staying vigilant with the customer on resolution
- Participates in customer engagement channels.
