Manage delivery across Pods using Agentic Software workflows. Review and fine-tune agent workflows for quality, velocity, and reliability. Define and monitor engineering metrics (velocity, quality, agent performance). Estimate effort, size workstreams, and support proposal creation. Solve delivery bottlenecks and guide teams through ambiguity. Coach engineers and architects on agentic development practices.
