Key Program Highlights

• A program for women on a career break to return to active employment through a six-month internship; candidates who successfully complete the internship will be converted to full-time associates
• This program is designed for individuals who have been unemployed and out of the workforce for six months or more since their last employment
• Please note that candidates who have engaged in part-time, full-time, apprenticeship, independent contracting roles or similar, or have been self-employed running their own businesses (either singly or as partnerships or establishing/controlling legal entities through Directorship or as a Promoter) and have received remuneration of any kind in the last six months will not be eligible. The eligibility period will be calculated based on the application date
• At the time of the program, positions are available both in Bangalore and Chennai
• Structured onboarding program, buddy during the period of internship, and development opportunities to learn and integrate into project teams
• The opportunity to work on live business projects and learn from functional experts
