GCP DevOps Engineer

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve software, system, and infrastructure issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems across cloud, systems, and applications
• Support and maintain GCP-based environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient operations
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents and service requests
• Document solutions, processes, and known issues for future reference
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting production systems in a customer-facing role
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, SMTP)
• Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
