Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve software, system, and infrastructure issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems across cloud, systems, and applications
- Support and maintain GCP-based environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient operations
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents and service requests
- Document solutions, processes, and known issues for future reference
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
- Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting production systems in a customer-facing role
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, SMTP)
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
