• Experience in change management, business transformation and process re-engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex & technical concepts into easy-to-grasp statements
• Excellent communicator that can positively influence diverse stakeholders and team members to drive impactful change initiatives
• Familiarity in building customer-oriented products, with a strong focus on positive client experience
• General understanding of AI concepts – Specifically around GenAI & AI Agents and how these can be leveraged to build automated and scalable solutions
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform migrations preferred
