IT Infrastructure Engineer

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

• Design and deploy IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems).
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.
• Implement automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.

What You Bring 

• Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related fields.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator,
• Experience: 3+ years in IT infrastructure design and management.
• Proficiency in system administration (Linux, Windows) and networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and backup/recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment across the globe.
