Minimum Qualifications

·8+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role

·Demonstrated track record of leading automation solutions in a DevOps environment

·Familiarity with Agile delivery processes

·Basic understanding of modern development practices such as CI/CD and microservices architectures (Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

·Basic experience with containers (Podman and Docker) and orchestration automation frameworks in a Linux-based (RHEL) environment (k8s)

·Willingness to provide on-call support, escalation contact for your team

·Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in STEM-related field. Degrees in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

·Exposure to and familiarity with ServiceNow(CMDB and ITIL - Especially Incident, Request, and Change Management)

·Fundamental exposure to Jira

·Exposure to public cloud a plus

·Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center, Spaces, EPNM, NSO, or Infoblox Platforms highly desired CCNA certification a plus

·Familiarity ITIL Service Management
