IT Technology Services Senior Specialist - DevOps

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps capabilities using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
• Work on infrastructure as code and ensure teams have the environments, deployment pipelines, and tools necessary to be efficient, e.g., automate processes for environment setup, deployments, monitoring and debugging, etc.
• Collaboratively design new features and work closely with our engineering and operations team to build, integrate, test, and deploy your amazing innovations and algorithms into our production systems.
• Learn about hyperscale environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud and ensure products run reliably and optimally in these environments.
• Develop, test, and maintain build systems, CI/CD frameworks, and deployment tools. Automate and streamline deployment processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Overall 7-9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline that provides a solid background in software development.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps automation concepts, practices and procedures.
• Good technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring/management/deployment tools and processes.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• You are an excellent collaborator with good communication skills.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English,

TECH YOU BRING

• Proficiency in configuration management tools like Chef and/or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and systems administration in cloud environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, ELK, etc.

TECH YOU'LL LEARN

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
• Understanding of public cloud and multi-cloud technologies
• Hands-on on experiences on automation solutions Learning and development on config management (Chef ,Ansible, Python)
• Learning DevOps/GitOps tools (Jenkins CI/CD & Shared Libraries, Dynatrace & various monitoring tools)
