Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, machine learning models, and agent-based systems using the H2O AI platform.
- Contribute to end-to-end ML workflows including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build production-ready AI features integrating predictive ML, GenAI, RAG, and LLM-based components.
- Develop backend services and APIs connecting AI models, data sources, and applications.
- Support implementation of AI solutions in customer environments, including predictive and GenAI use cases.
- Assist in technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on reusable components and reference architectures.
- Communicate technical work clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of predictive ML (feature engineering, training, evaluation, interpretation).
- Experience building and deploying ML or AI applications in production or production-like environments.
- Exposure to GenAI: LLMs, SLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or agentic systems.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals (testing, debugging, version control, CI/CD).
- Experience building APIs or backend services.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps concepts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
