Infra Dev Specialist

Responsibilities

• Primary Skills: MuleSoft Platform Admin CI/CD for Sitecore
• Management of Clouds (AWS Azure GCP) accounts in which MuleSoft RTF instances are deployed
• Administration and management of Cloud Kubernetes clusters (EKS AKS GKE)
• MuleSoft Platform Maintenance Updates Upgrades Execution & Patching/hotfixes (in collaboration with L3)
• Performing Cloud Kubernetes upgrades aligning with RTF platform upgrades
• MuleSoft Platform enhancements implementation (in collaboration with L3)
• Incident Remediation troubleshooting corrective Action
• Platform Health Monitoring Performance Reports & Usage Reports
• Certificate renewals
• Change Management - change request implementation scope
• Apply Platform Configuration Changes
• Release Deployments
• Platform Maintenance & Updates
• Perform Root cause analysis
• Resolven MuleSoft Platform specific service requests and complex Incidents (in collaboration with L3)
• Responsible for MuleSoft Platform configurations setup and administration
• Central CI/CD Support and Maintenance
• Sensedia Custom Authentication Solution


 

Certifications Required

Must have MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification or similar
