Infra Dev Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using Service Now AI Ops and Ansible to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design deploy and manage infrastructure services that meet business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the performance availability and security of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure services minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Ansible to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current and competitive.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure services including configurations processes and procedures.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities to ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements in all infrastructure-related activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to manage and support infrastructure components and services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure services by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.


 

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Service Now AI Ops and Ansible with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Have experience in Asset Management Operations which is a plus for this role.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
• Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in automating tasks and processes using Ansible to improve efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Display a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with best practices in infrastructure management.
